Maventa e-invoicing

Online invoicing is a safe and fast way to send and receive invoices. PSOAS does not send monthly invoices for the rent payment, so the service is used for separate invoices, such as repair and cleaning invoices. Maventa is also used in locations where PSOAS invoices a separate water or electricity charge based on consumption (Ylioppilantie 2, Ylioppilaantie 4, Albertinkatu, Virkakatu 3, Yliopistokatu 1 family apartments).

How does it work?

Maventa (AutoInvoice) sends the invoice recipient a link to its service via email. PSOAS is shown as the sender in the message. The message also contains a password that can be used to open the invoice information. There is a download link on the page, which opens a picture of the actual invoice.
