OmaPSOAS is tenants’ tool for reserving housing services and other housing-related transactions. In OmaPSOAS tenant can:
- make reservations for housing services (saunas, laundry, parking places, storage etc)
- read manuals and other instructions for one’s own apartment and its’ appliances and building technology
- fill out online forms (e.g. apartment report, fault report, lease cancellation)
Registration to OmaPSOAS is done in www.omapsoas.fi using the same email address as when applying and signing the tenancy agreement. Password is set using the Forgot your password -function.
OmaPSOAS account can be connected to Tuudo account by logging into OmaPSOAS once through Tuudo. After this it is possible to access OmaPSOAS without the login and receive all PSOAS’ bulletins to one’s phone as notifications.
