Set the criteria based on your preferences and browse the options that meet them. Then you can move on to the application form. The application criteria you have set will be entered to the form automatically. Based on your application, a best possible option will be offered to you.
Please note that depending on your applicant role, the apartment options available for you may vary.
Tips:
- Read how the Fast Lane works from here.
- If your criteria limit the application too much, it may take a long time before apartments matching your criteria become available. The tighter the criteria, the longer the waiting time.
- Write any specific or detailed wishes in the More information field. You can select only one type of apartment for the application. However, if you are searching for several types (shared, studio, family), you can add it in the More information field. Please note that you can also apply for family apartments alone.

- We will make one applicant max. 3 offers, after which the application will be removed from our queues. After this, the applicant can fill in a new application. With this, we ensure that the queues move forward and that we can offer apartments to those who need them as early as possible.
Vacant apartments
- Some apartments are vacant (marked with a green ”vacant” text) and available for immediate renting without any waiting time.
- The tenancy agreement starts right away or next month at the latest.
- If you want to rent a vacant apartment, click the reserve button and continue by filling out the application form. The housing office will send you a confirmation by email during the next working day.
