A fault report must be immediately done in case of a dripping tap or constantly leaking toilet tank.
Food waste or coffee grounds should not be flushed to the kitchen sink. Do not wash or rinse under running water. It is not allowed to throw sanitary protection, nappies, cat litter or any other objects to the toilet, because it usually will cause the toilet to clog. The tenant should clean the floor drains in the bathroom also from the inside. If the smell of the sewer can be noticed inside the apartment, the reason might be that the floor drain has dried. The seal will work again after pouring water to the drain.
